From "Start" » "All Programs" choose Microsoft Outlook

Then go to "Tools" » "Email Accounts …"

Select "Add a new e-mail account" and then click "Next"
 
Select "POP3" and then click "Next"
 

Complete the "E-mail Accounts" form using the relevant information:

  • In "Your Name" enter your company’s name or your email account
    depending on how you want to be displayed when you sent an email
  • In "Incoming mail server (POP3)" insert mail.exarsisnet.com
  • For the "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)" use the Outgoing Mail Server of your current Internet Server Provider (ISP). In "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)" insert for:


    a. Cytanet : mail-out.cytanet.com.cy
    b. PrimeTel : smtp.thunderworx.net
    c. NetWay : mail.netmail.com.cy
    d.
    OTEnet : smtp.otenet-telecom.net
    e. AvacomNet : mail.avacom.net

  • In "E-mail Address" enter the email you have been given
  • Your "User Name" is your email address
  • Do not forget to enter the "Password"

In case you have chosen to use Exarsis Outgoing Mail Server click " More Settings ". Otherwise click "Next" to finalize your email setup

 

Select the "Outgoing Server" screen
Tick the check-box

Select the radio button to activate the "Log on using"

In "User Name" enter the email you have been given, enter your "Password" and tick the check-box next to "Remember Password"

Then click "OK"

 
Then click "Next" and after "OK" to complete your email account setup process.
 
 
 

From "Start" » "All Programs" choose Outlook Express

Then go to "Tools" » "Accounts"

 
Choose "Add" » "Mail"
 

Complete the "Display name" (you can put your name or your email account depending on how you want to be displayed when you sent an email)

Then click "Next"

 

Type your "E-mail address" you have been given

Then click "Next"

 

Set the information regarding the "Incoming mail server" and "Outgoing mail server" as shown below (this information is common for all email accounts provided by our company)

  • For "Incoming Mail Server " insert "mail.exarsisnet.com".
  • For the "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)" use the Outgoing Mail Server of your current Internet Server Provider (ISP). In "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)" insert for:


    a. Cytanet : mail- out.cytanet.com.cy
    b. PrimeTel : smtp.thunderworx.net
    c. NetWay : mail.netmail.com.cy
    d.
    OTEnet : smtp.otenet-telecom.net
    e. AvacomNet : mail.avacom.net

Then click "Next"

 

Fill up the "Account name" by inserting the email address you have been given and the associated "Password" and tick the check-box next to "Remember password"

Then click "Next"

 
Click on "Finish" to complete your email account setup process.
